Refrigeration, cooking, axle, coupling: they keep their own brand’s warranty.
A repair or a replacement does not extend the warranty. The legal warranty against hidden defects applies in all cases.
If you bought through a distributor, their own terms of sale apply.

A visible defect or a difference from your order is reported in writing, with photos, within seven working days of handover. After that, the trailer is deemed to conform.
Layout, format, colour, options, gas bottle box: everything written on it.
Shell, hatch, stainless steel, sink, fuse box and sockets: open, plug in, try.
The European Certificate of Conformity. With a gas installation: have it inspected by a qualified professional in your country, as its rules require, and keep the report.
Note any damage on the delivery note and confirm it to the carrier within three days.
A defect? Don’t have it repaired without our agreement: report it to us and we will assess it. Once the defect is acknowledged, we put it right with a repair, a replacement or a credit note.
A well-kept trailer saves you nasty surprises in the middle of the season. And lack of maintenance is excluded from the warranty.
Coupling locked on the ball, plug connected, lights and indicators tested, hatch and doors closed.
Cold pressure as set by the tyre maker, tread and sidewalls checked. Never exceed the gross weight on the registration document.
It is braked: hook the breakaway cable on before every trip, and have the brakes checked by a professional following the axle maker’s instructions.
Soapy water and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry. No steel wool or neat bleach: both mark stainless steel. Degrease the hood filters often.
A socket protected by a residual current device, a suitable extension cable, fully unwound. Repeated power cuts: have the installation checked by an electrician.
Have it installed and inspected by a qualified professional in your country, as its rules require, and close the bottles after service. If you smell gas: turn it off, ventilate, no flame and no electrical device.
Also follow the instructions of the trailer and of your equipment. The brochure of your model, with its dimensioned plan: Chef+L’EssentielFrostBarista
