Concept · Coffee

Your coffee food truck, as a trailer.

The machine takes pride of place at the counter, the milk is cold behind you, and in the morning you are set up in ten minutes outside the station or at the market.

Barista coffee and bar trailer in pink, AIR 220 format

A layout for a bar, not a kitchen.

  • A worktop for the machine

126 cm at the counter: the machine, the grinder and the till fit side by side.

  • The cold behind you

Three-door bottle fridge for milk, juices and pastries.

  • Sockets in the right place

Above and below the worktops, with a dedicated fuse box. 230 V single phase as standard; for 400 V, ask us.

  • Double sink

To rinse the jugs between two coffees.

The layout you need: the Barista.

Designed for serving drinks: a large worktop for the machine, bottle cooling, the sink close at hand.

The machine, the water, the power.

  • The machine

A two-group professional espresso machine draws a lot of power when it starts: check its rating before choosing your connection or your generator.

  • The water

Filtered for the machine; the waste water tank is emptied according to the rules of your pitch.

  • The connection

A reliable 230 V supply for both inlets; in a business park with no socket, a small quiet generator saves the morning.

  • Serving as a pair

In AIR 220, the machine on one side, the till on the other.

A coffee food truck in the morning, a mobile bar in the evening.

Those who do well work business parks in the morning, then events at the weekend: the same tool, two sets of customers.

  • Business parks

In the morning, with the site manager’s agreement: the most regular customers.

  • Markets

The market coffee is an institution; ask the market manager for a pitch.

  • Companies and events

Seminars, open days, trade fairs: as a paid service.

  • Draught beer and cocktails

The large worktop at the counter takes a beer tap or a cocktail station: weddings, summer bars, company parties.

In the European Union

What applies to your concept.

EU rules that apply to your concept in every member state, each with its official source, checked on 6 October 2026. Your country adds its own: check them with your local food safety authority before you start.

  • Hygiene on board

For mobile sales vehicles, EU hygiene law asks for facilities to wash and dry hands hygienically, food-contact surfaces that are easy to clean and disinfect, and enough hot and/or cold drinking water. At Food Truck Store: double sink as standard, hand-wash basin with hot water as an option.

  • Allergens

For food sold unpacked, you must tell customers which of the 14 listed allergens your food and drinks contain: usually milk, and soya or oats, a cereal containing gluten, in plant-based drinks. Your country sets how you give this information.

  • Registration

Before you start trading, you notify the competent authority of your country, which registers your food business. How and where is set by each country: ask your local food safety authority.

Why a trailer.

  • A car licence is enough

The AIR 220 format has a gross weight of 750 kg: you tow it behind your car on a category B licence, as long as your car is rated to tow it.

  • One point of contact

Food Truck Store, or our distributor for your country, answers your questions, by video call too, and prepares your quote.

  • Ready to serve

Fibreglass shell, stainless steel, double sink, fuse box, European Certificate of Conformity: you get a working tool, not an empty shell.
